- These handcrafted sterling silver huggie earrings feature a hinged clip mechanism built around a concealed wire pin that passes through the central hinge, allowing the two halves to open and close smoothly. A gently curved ear post passes through the ear and secures the closure with a small retaining notch formed at the tip of the wire, creating a reliable snap fit while maintaining a clean, uninterrupted profile.
